GUAVA FOOT CARE REMEDIES

Guava can be used as a natural deodoriser. Soaking the feet in a guava foot bath can assist in eliminating foot odour.

Foot odour: regular use of guava in foot baths and by applying guava foot lotion and powder can assist to regulate foot odour and perspiration.

Foot bath: guava vinegar 20 ml, Epsom salt 25 g, tea tree essential oil 2 drops, sage essential oil 2 drops, lavender essential oil 2 drops Use a bowl of hot water large enough to place your feet into, then add guava vinegar and essential oils. Soak feet for a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes at least twice a week.

Foot lotion: guava vinegar 50 ml, witch hazel 30 ml, distilled water 20 ml, cypress 20 drops, lavender 20 drops, peppermint 10 drops of essential oils. Mix essential oils in guava vinegar. Leave overnight then strain through a filter and add remaining ingredients. Shake well and apply daily. For maximum benefit use after a foot bath.

Foot Powder: guava powder 2 tbsp., cornstarch 1 tbsp., sage essential oil 4 drops, lavender essential oil 2 drops. Blend ingredients together and dust feet with the powder. Leave 1/2 tsp. in shoes over night.
